We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, and delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly through the 'Order History' section in your account dashboard.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please initiate returns through our online Returns Portal.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cycle.in ships to addresses within the domestic region. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@cycle.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
